LoopAI uses artificial intelligence to turn your conversations into a clear list of commitments. This page explains what the AI does, what data it processes, and the choices you have.
When you connect a messaging or collaboration account (such as Gmail, Slack, Telegram, or Microsoft Outlook/Teams), LoopAI reads the conversations you have access to and uses AI to detect commitments and follow-ups (“loops”), decide who owes what, and draft replies for you to review and send.
To identify commitments, portions of your conversation content are sent to a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic) to be analyzed and returned. Only the content needed to perform the analysis is sent, and results are stored in your account.
We use AI providers under agreements that they will not use your content to train their models. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private message content for advertising.
We share data only with the service providers that help us run LoopAI, and only as needed:
AI systems can make mistakes, miss items, or misattribute a commitment. LoopAI is a productivity aid, not a system of record. You are responsible for reviewing anything important, and for the content of any message you choose to send.
