Olentra uses artificial intelligence to turn your conversations into a clear list of commitments. This page explains what the AI does, what data it processes, and the choices you have.

What the AI does

When you connect a messaging or collaboration account (such as Gmail, Slack, Telegram, or Microsoft Outlook/Teams), Olentra reads the conversations you have access to and uses AI to detect commitments and follow-ups (“tasks”), decide who owes what, and draft replies for you to review and send.

What data is sent to AI providers

To identify commitments, portions of your conversation content are sent to a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic) to be analyzed and returned. Only the content needed to perform the analysis is sent, and results are stored in your account.

Your content is not used to train models

We use AI providers under agreements that they will not use your content to train their models. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private message content for advertising.

Subprocessors

We share data only with the service providers that help us run Olentra, and only as needed:

Anthropic - AI analysis of conversation content (bound not to train on your data).
Render - application hosting and database.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) - cloud infrastructure.
Stripe - payment processing (we do not store full card details).
Resend - transactional email.
PostHog - product analytics, to understand how the Service is used.
Google Analytics - website analytics, to understand how visitors use our website.

Accuracy - please review before relying

AI systems can make mistakes, miss items, or misattribute a commitment. Olentra is a productivity aid, not a system of record. You are responsible for reviewing anything important, and for the content of any message you choose to send.

Your controls

Connect or disconnect any source at any time; disconnecting stops further ingestion from it.
Stop tracking specific conversations without disconnecting the whole account.
Delete your account to remove your tasks, connected-account data, and stored messages from our active systems.
