This Privacy Policy explains how Gelentra ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Loop.AI (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and login credentials (passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never in plain text).
• Content from connected services: when you connect a platform such as Slack or Telegram, we access and store messages, participants, timestamps, and related metadata that you have access to, in order to detect and track commitments ("loops").
• Authorization tokens: the access tokens that let the Service connect to platforms on your behalf.
• Usage data: actions you take in the Service, such as when you open your board or track a loop, used to operate and improve the product.
• Payment information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

How we use your information

• To provide the core Service: detecting commitments, tracking loops, and drafting follow-ups.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.

AI processing

To identify commitments, portions of your conversation content are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic) to be analyzed and returned. We use these providers under agreements that they will not use your content to train their models. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private message content for advertising.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Loop.AI, and only as needed, including:

• Hosting and database: Render, which stores your data.
• AI processing: Anthropic (and similar providers) to analyze conversations.
• Payments: Stripe, to process subscriptions.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Gelentra, our users, or others.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect a platform at any time, which stops further ingestion from it. You can delete your account, which removes your loops, connected-account data, and stored messages from our active systems. Backups and legally required records may persist for a limited period.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and limit access to it.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights, or ask any privacy question, by contacting us at aaron@gelentra.com.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Children

Loop.AI is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email.
